In designing Altura Southend we sought to create a version of modern that’s also comfortable with connected open spaces that promote circulation. Altura will feel like home because of important touches in the design work. For example, all bedrooms are full suites with attached baths and walk in closets, offering everyone their own private space. Our 2 floorplans are nearly the same, but slightly different because we wanted all homes to include the benefit of their rooftop terrace enjoying the best view, on the city facing side. Turning into Altura off Mint street, Zenith homes are on your left and Crest are on your right.
